I visited on a Saturday and it was quite crowded, but I got really good service and advice from Rochelle ☺️ She helped me to figure out my fit and provided many options. I spent quite a long time trying different types but I never felt rushed or uncomfortable during the entire process. It was my first time purchasing something from VS but probably not my last! P.s they have great promotions this Christmas weekend

Horrible customer service, and profiling. As soon as I walked in I was blatantly followed and made to feel like a criminal within 2 minutes of being in the store and not even picking up a single item! To which I lodged a complaint with a manager. As a return customer of Victoria Secret from all around the world this experience was terrible. As someone who has worked years in retail, these sale assistants clearly need to be trained in how to approach customers, will NEVER come back here! Tourist be aware of this horrible profiling.

Do not purchase with them online. They have a steep policy in place that says "no exchange due to change of mine". Not sure why want to open up online ordering in that sense. I bought 2 sets. Bra tops are find. I'm a S size, I ordered wrong sizing (XS) online. Previously in stall, I'm a size S for most cuttings. Anyway will not support VS anymore.

Been shopping at VS in the US for close to 20 years, first time purchasing in Singapore. Similar retail format though a much smaller product offering. The one thing that ruins the entire shopping experience is the obsession of some of the floor staff constantly asking for a shopping card to write their names next to the item customers are getting/trying. Pretty darn irritating especially when you’re getting close to ten pieces and each time the sales assistant comes around hounding and insisting on writing her name on the card for every item. There has got to be a better way of tracking sales commission that doesn’t drive such behavior as it is exasperating for the customer.

The sales people at the front desk were helpful but the cashier a was so blur seems like she doesnt know what she’s doing. Usually VS will ask for phone number, she didn’t. And when i gave it to her base on the receipt it wasnt even keyed in. She made me pay first than she ask for number?Even forgot to give me my receipt. Asked her said she give when it was still with her.

I am writing this formal review to inform you about my recent shopping experience in one of your flagship store addressed and located in Mandarin Gallery Orchard road. If I could recall it was in the 27th July 2023 noon at around 3pm. I was warmly greeted with a smile by one of your sales associates named Nabilla. Without any hesitation, she was able to make my experience a wonderful one, especially when I totally had no idea of what to purchase for my friends birthday gift. With her excellent detailed and vast knowledge of the products available in the store, she without any hesitation provided me with several tips and suggestions first by asking questions that are useful to gauge my friends liking and making sure they are suitable not only with its aesthetics but also comfortability in choosing the collection from the latest pyjamas available. She was definitely very helpful and I could see that she had given her 100 percent effort in making me feel comfortable with engaging with her and to my surprise, she could even speak in different languages to make our conversation much more easier and pleasant. I quickly learned that she was very helpful and was able to help me understand the products better in detail. My choice for the gift was quickly decided without any second thoughts because opinions from your sales associate Nabilla is sufficient and well visualise. The gift was packaged nicely with everything that is needed to present it as a gift. Hence, my friend was very happy with it because it was perfect to her liking. I believe Nabilla deserves a commendation for her hard work and her efforts she had done to make all of this possible. Her actions is best serve as a perfect example to others, especially in a Victoria secret flagship store carrying an image that will leave a great impression of the company as a brand at whole. In my opinion, Nabilla has the interpersonal qualities that makes the company unique in the market and will continue to make it stronger. She Definitely deserves to scale up in her career progression and i will be very certain that she could be a good trained leader team player or perhaps in managing a managerial role in the near future. I am certain that with her excellent service I will look forward to visiting the store again in the near future. I hope this email will be taken into consideration as I am writing this to express my gratitude and appreciation for her services. Thank you.
